ICSE / ISC
Christ Academy's ICSE/ISC pathway follows the guidelines of the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi — a rigorous, nationally recognised curriculum from Kindergarten through Grade XII.
A balanced curriculum under CISCE guidelines
Our ICSE/ISC pathway is designed to build strong foundations across languages, sciences, humanities and commerce, in line with the syllabus and examination standards set by CISCE, New Delhi. The curriculum balances academic rigour with the school's broader mission of moulding intellectually sound, morally upright and socially sensible students.
A steady, well-paced evaluation cycle
For Grades I–VIII, Continuous Summative Assessments are conducted weekly, keeping learning consistent and feedback timely. From Grade V onward, students additionally sit two Term Examinations each year, alongside CSA and Oral Assessments.
Promotion to the next grade is determined through Annual Assessments and Periodical Tests, conducted in accordance with CISCE guidelines.
59 dedicated teaching staff (2022–23)
Our ICSE teaching faculty for the 2022–23 academic year comprised 59 members across Sciences, Humanities, Commerce, Mathematics/Engineering, Information Technology, Physical Education and Fine Arts.
Senior faculty include Fr. Jaison Vadakkethala CMI and Fr. Jinto Paul CMI, who guide the academic community alongside the Principal.
