2022–23Academic Year

In the academic year 2022–23, our ICSE teaching staff numbered 59 members across Sciences, Humanities, Commerce, Maths & Engineering, IT, Physical Education and Fine Arts, led by senior faculty Fr. Jaison Vadakkethala CMI and Fr. Jinto Paul CMI. Our Carmel Pre-School was supported by 27 dedicated staff members over the same period.

Tracking Progress

Assessment

Continuous Summative Assessment (CSA) is held weekly for grades I–VIII. From grade V, students also sit two Term Exams per year, alongside CSA and Oral Assessments. Promotion is determined via Annual Assessments and Periodical Tests per CISCE guidelines.

Blue shorts (Std I–IV) / blue pants (Std V–X), half-sleeve check shirt, tie, belt, blue socks, black shoes.

Std I–X Girls

ISC XI–XII Boys

Sky blue full-sleeve shirt with pocket, navy blazer, navy pants, navy socks, black formal shoes.

ISC XI–XII Girls

Sky blue half-sleeve shirt (no pocket), navy blazer, navy skirt with sky blue piping, black flat pump shoes.

Wednesday (All Grades)

Melange grey T-shirt and pants with house piping, white socks with house colours, white canvas shoes, white hairband/ribbons.

Full uniform is mandatory on all days including examination days, picnics and special days.

On Wednesdays, SSC/HSC students follow the same sports-uniform requirement as ICSE/ISC — melange grey T-shirt and pants with house piping, white socks with house colours, white canvas shoes, white hairband/ribbons.

For regular school days, the uniform mirrors the same standard of formal blue/navy attire appropriate to each grade group. The school will confirm the exact SSC-specific uniform code with parents at the time of admission.
